Terms of Service
The basic rules for creating an account and using Epilog.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Using Epilog
You may use Epilog only if you can legally agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and activity performed through your account. Keep sign-in links and credentials private, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of reviews, comments, lists, profile text, and other content you create. You give Epilog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for retained safety evidence and copies we must keep for legal reasons.
You must have the right to post what you submit. Do not upload unlawful material, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, manipulate the service, scrape it at disruptive scale, or use it to harm others.
Moderation
We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when we reasonably believe these terms or our community guidelines have been violated. We may preserve relevant evidence for safety and legal purposes. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Third-party data and services
Epilog includes metadata, images, sign-in services, links, and other material supplied by third parties. Their availability and accuracy can change. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use those services.
Service availability
We work to keep Epilog reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every catalog entry or community contribution is accurate.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Questions can be sent to support@epilog.tv.
