Email support@epilog.tv. Include the username, page URL, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are useful, but never send a password, magic sign-in link, or authentication code.

Choose a clear subject

• Account help — sign-in, profile, export, or deletion questions.
• Product issue — broken pages, incorrect data, or saving problems.
• Safety — harassment, threats, or urgent moderation context.
• Privacy request — access, correction, or questions about personal data.
• Takedown request — copyright or other rights complaints.

Before emailing

Account settings include email preferences, blocks and mutes, a portable data export, and permanent deletion. Public content can be reported from its own menu. Rights owners should review the takedown request requirements so we have enough information to investigate.

Immediate danger

Epilog is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first, then report the relevant Epilog content.
