The heroes join a group led by Zhenya and head to a refugee camp in Europe, but a conflict causes them to split up. Taras, Alyona, Ezis and Sonya reach the border first. However, they have no idea what awaits them at their destination.
The heroes, together with the military, get to a penal colony, where they are attacked by a group of former teenage prisoners. Zhenya and Degtyarev manage to neutralize them. Having reached the lighthouse on the shore of the White Sea, the heroes give a signal to the inhabitants of the Solovetsky Monastery. But, it turns out, the virus got here too.
Lakka has a vision and asks the heroes to leave immediately. It turns out that the train is still running, and the heroes decide to go to Solovki. The Chinese Deshen Lin sneaks into the train at full speed. He tries to hide from the Russian military who are chasing him.
An infection leads to a house divided, and a line is crossed by Ira and Sergey. Flashbacks reveal pain in Sergey, Polina and Marina's pasts.
