The board is not happy with the results of the team, and they discuss firing Helena. The next game is against the mighty Rosenborg club, and Helena suggests that if they loose that game, she will resign herself, and Michael can become coach. But if they win, she wants a contract for the next season. Meanwhile Adrians father is working to get Adrian to sign a contract with his own club. But everything changes when Adrian is injured.
After Helena is fired, Michael takes over as coach. But it doesn't work out and the Varg team starts losing. If they don't win the last four games of the season, they will leave the premium league. Espen and Michael devise a plan to get Helena back as coach. But it involves Helena working secretly in the background. Is she willing to do that? And will it work?
