The Beda crosses the equator and celebrates Neptune Day. Gangsters trick the crew into rescuing Juliko Banditto, who leads them into a trap. Wrungel, Lom and Fuchs are captured, while the gangsters steal the Venus case.
A nighttime attack on the Beda fails, while Agent 00-X is repeatedly thwarted by gangsters. Meanwhile, crocodiles hatch aboard the ship, and the gangsters pursue the Beda in a submarine.
The Beda escapes the iceberg, while Agent 00X catches the gangsters. A sick whale's sneeze sends the yacht flying to a volcanic island, where Banditto and Gangsteritto prepare a trap to steal the Venus.
A volcanic trap separates the team, leaving Vrungel and Fuks alone with Venus's case. Fuks confesses his role in the theft. In Hawaii, they are mistaken for performers, while 00X is defeated by the gangsters and mailed to the police chief.
